The purpose and use of floor heating steel wire mesh

The geothermal reflective film is made of specially treated soft aluminum foil, heat-resistant PE adhesive, polyester film with color printing grid and glass fiber composite processing. It has the characteristics of large output and low cost, and has been widely used in floor heating construction. Process: Direct high-temperature extrusion and compounding, sticking firm and not delaminating; glass fiber densified tensile strength is increased, and the hardness of the foam board is enhanced. The surface has size marks, which is easy to construct and fix the ground heat pipe.

Remarks:

1. It can be used to laminate glass wool and heat insulation layer of steel structure building to separate water and vapor;

2. Spread the foam board directly after opening the reflective film, which is usually reversed, which can save time.

Advantages of using plastic staples to fix floor heating pipes:

1. The construction speed is fast, the labor intensity is low, and it is easy to transport and handle due to the small specific gravity;

2. It will not affect the pipe after installation. It is made of plastic material, and the surface hardness and thermal expansion coefficient are similar, so it will not rust or damage the pipe;

3. Low material cost and high installation efficiency can save a lot of labor costs and shorten the construction period.

Uses of steel wire staples: Foamed cement as a floor heating insulation layer has the advantages of light weight, good heat insulation, and fast construction. It is widely used in domestic floor heating construction. At present, steel staples have been used in the supporting fixing technology for pipe fixing.

Features:

1. The shape is U-shaped, and the diameter of the steel wire is between 1.5-1.8mm. It is too thick and difficult to press into the foam layer, and too thin will affect the strength of the staple;

2. The opening distance of the steel staples is 3.5-4.0cm. When using it, hold it with your hand and rely on the tension of the steel wire to increase the friction with the foamed cement layer to prevent the staples from popping out automatically;

3. Since the thickness of the foamed cement layer will not be very uniform during the construction of the floor heating, the length of the steel foamed cement staples should be between 5-5.5cm, and the staples should be 30-45 with the pipe when used. Press into the foamed cement layer diagonally to increase the strength of fixing the pipe.
