How to identify whether the welded mesh is qualified

There are many manufacturers of galvanised welded wire mesh, but some of the products produced by the manufacturers are qualified, and some of the products are unqualified. If the welded steel wire mesh inspection certificate cannot be provided, the market will still be exiled. Then, how do we determine whether the purchased welded wire mesh is qualified?

1. galvanised welded wire mesh with no more than 2mm outcropping on both sides are qualified welded wire meshes. The mesh must be welded firmly where the diameter wire and the weft wire cross, but the edge of the mesh must be welded firmly. The weft wire must be welded firmly, but not too much. Generally, the welded wire mesh that does not exceed 2 mm is qualified. 

2. From the surface of the product: the mesh should be uniform, and the hot-dip galvanized layer of galvanized welded wire mesh should be uniform, so that the anti-corrosion effect can be guaranteed.

3. The error of the wire diameter of the welded mesh should be controlled within 0.02 mm. For example, we purchased a galvanised welded wire mesh with a wire diameter of 89 wires. Use a micrometer to measure the diameter. The allowable range of diameter is 87 wire to 91 wire. Only qualified welded wire mesh is within this range. Because the accuracy is difficult to control in the production process, the welded wire mesh can be accurate to 0.01 mm, so the error is allowed.

4. The tensile strength of the welded wire mesh supplier must reach 120N, otherwise it is an unqualified welded wire mesh. In this respect, there is no simple way to test the tensile strength of welded wire mesh, only through professional tools and expert tests can it be tested.
