What is the mine mesh support?

Mine mesh support is a support form composed of fixing or binding metal mesh on anchor bolt with supporting plate.

It has been widely accepted that ordinary anchor has the functions of suspension, composite beam, compression reinforcement, surrounding rock reinforcement, span reduction or combination of the above functions. The metal mesh is used to maintain the surrounding rock between anchors and prevent small loose rocks from falling off, and can also be used as an accessory for shotcrete.

What are the requirements of mine mesh support?

(1) The bolt hole is perpendicular to the roof of roadway, with an angle greater than 75 degrees, and the exposed length of bolt is 30mm—50mm. The exposed length of anchor cable is 100—200mm.

⑵ The mesh is close to the rock surface, the tray is pressed against the net, and the anchorage and bolt nut are tensioned strongly.
